True Alignment to the Housing

The Diff Plate (L.H) is located to the differential housing by a CNC machined mounting face and precisely positioned bolt holes. This accurate fit holds the assembly in alignment, preventing misalignment, vibration, and premature wear under prolonged heavy-load operation.

02 — Sealing Integrity

Leak-Free & Vibration-Proof

A flat, machined sealing face mates cleanly against the housing to keep oil contained and the joint rigid. Cast from high-grade iron with evenly distributed material around the bolt bosses, the plate resists flexing and fatigue throughout continuous field service.

Rigorous Testing Protocol

Each Diff Plate casting is subjected to CMM dimensional inspection, metallurgical analysis, and dye penetrant inspection in our in-house QA lab. Only components that meet or exceed OEM density, porosity, and tolerance standards are released for dispatch — ensuring a perfect fit every time.
